Did you know your energy field changes every time you feed yourself new information? Did you know that reading a negative news story negatively affects your energy field? We all know that our world faces many challenges, so does reading negative news stories ever affect your energy levels?
The energy field is your aura. It’s the protective layer surrounding your body and can be affected by your emotions, thoughts, and actions.
When you read negative news stories daily, your energy field becomes denser, which means it can’t protect you from any negative energies or entities that might be out there.
When we talk about negative news stories, we mean any story that makes you feel powerless over your situation or puts you in a negative mood. This could be anything from a news report about a mass shooting, a depressing episode of your favorite TV show, or even just scrolling through Facebook.
When you read these kinds of stories every day, it can negatively affect your energy field. This can lead to feelings of depression and anxiety, which will make it harder for you to connect with other people and interact positively with the world around you.
Even if you’re not reading negative news stories daily, they might still affect your energy field. Hearing bad news about the world around you could make you feel bad about yourself or your surroundings—even if there isn’t anything wrong with either one!
Negative news stories can be so fascinating that we don’t even realize they affect our energy field. We tune in to the news, and then we feel drained. We talk about it with friends, and we get more stressed out. We see pictures of violence and death on our screens and feel sad, angry, or afraid. But what if there were a way to stop all of this? What if you could take control of your energy field and strengthen it whenever you hear something negative?
The first step is to recognize when you are being affected by negative stories in the media. Do you feel anxious or depressed? Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Do this exercise: When you turn on the news or read an article online, notice how long it takes to feel anxious or sad.
Then practice turning off the TV or computer and doing something else for 30 minutes. If necessary, put on music inspired by classical music or watch a funny video on YouTube. When you’re ready, go back to reading or watching.
But there are ways to avoid feeling completely overwhelmed by negative stories: one of them is simple mindfulness! Try taking a few minutes every day before bedtime or during your morning commute to just sit quietly and focus on what’s going right in your life right now—it will help remind you not only how much good there is in the world but also how much good YOU are capable of doing within that world.
We all have a certain frequency that we vibrate at. Our state of mind and attitude can determine our frequency. When we take in negative news, we will begin to vibrate at the same frequency as the news, which will cause us to feel bad.
Feeling bad makes it hard to attract prosperity, happiness, or anything else good into your life. This is because when we feel bad, our energy field becomes open and vulnerable, so things like negativity can easily attach itself to us and affect our mood even more.
On the other hand, when you are feeling good, your energy field is closed, so things like negativity cannot attach themselves to you quickly and affect your mood negatively.
On the one hand, we all want to be informed and know what’s happening worldwide. On the other hand, when we take in negative news—even if we understand that some of it are just sensationalism designed to get us riled up—we change our vibration. And this can affect our health and well-being.
The best way to protect yourself from this kind of negative news is by staying informed while being conscious of what you’re reading and watching. When you feel your energy shift downward or dip into a funk after reading something upsetting, step away from it for a bit—take a break from social media or turn off the TV. Then take some time to do something that makes you feel good: read an uplifting book or watch an inspiring movie.
Protecting your energy field is essential because it helps determine how you feel and how you interact with others. Your energy field is the aura surrounding your body; some people can see it.
Some people can see auras with their eyesight; others feel or sense them. You may have heard of people who can read auras.
The color of your aura represents how you feel inside—it’s like the mood ring of your emotions! Your physical health and emotional well-being are connected to this aura. When it’s healthy and vibrant, you’ll feel great. When it’s weak or damaged, it can affect every aspect of your life.
The most important thing you can do is protect your energy field by wearing protective crystals—such as a necklace or a bracelet made with protective goals in mind. This will help to keep negative energy out while allowing positive energy to flow freely into and around your body.
Another way to protect your energy field is through meditation or prayer. Whether or not you believe in a higher power or a deity, taking time out each day to connect with something larger than yourself can help keep negativity from seeping into your life and affecting both body and mind.
